SQUASH CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. cooked squash
1/2 c. undiluted mushroom soup
1 tbsp. grated onions
1/3 c. bread crumbs (heels)
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 tbsp. butter
1 well beaten egg

Salt and pepper to taste. Combine ingredients and mix well. Sprinkle paprika over mixture as well as butter. Put in well greased baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes at 450 degrees.
