SQUASH CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked squash
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. grated onions
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
1/2 c. bread crumbs or stuffing
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. sugar

Melt sugar and butter in 2-quart casserole. Add bread crumbs. Add other ingredients, except cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. After baking about 25 minutes. Add cheese. Sprinkle and bake about 5 minutes.
