SUMMER SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2-3 summer squash
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs
Stuffing crumbs for topping

Cook squash and mash. Beat eggs, add mayonnaise and blend with squash. Pour into 1 quart casserole dish, sprinkling stuffing crumbs on top. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
