FRUIT `N CRUNCH SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1/4 c. plus 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
5 c. unpeeled diced apples
1 1/2 c. sliced carrots
1 c. sliced celery
3/4 c. raisins

Drain pineapple and save 1/4 cup juice. Combine juice and mayonnaise. Pour over all other ingredients and chill at least 30 minutes.
