PRIZE WINNING FAJITA 
3 lbs. fajitas
Lemon
Black pepper
Garlic powder
Season All
Accent (monosodium glutamate)
Soy sauce
7-Up
Green pepper, to taste
Onions, to taste
Garlic, to taste
Tomato, to taste
Mushrooms, to taste
1/4 lb. butter
Mozzarella cheese

Squeeze fresh lemon juice on both sides of fajitas. Add black pepper, garlic powder, Season All, Accent, and soy sauce. Place in an air-tight container filled with 7-Up and let set overnight. Cook fajitas over charcoal until medium rare. Then slice the fajitas (cross the grain at a 90 degree angle for tenderness) into bite size pieces. Place the green pepper, onions, garlic, tomato, and mushrooms in skillet and saute in butter. Add fajitas and cook until vegetables are tender. Top with Mozzarella cheese and serve. Serves 8.
