QUICKIE PIZZA 
1 can biscuits
1 jar Pizza Quick sauce
1 or 2 lbs. ground beef
Chopped onion (optional)
Chopped green peppers (optional)
2 c. grated cheese
Salt and pepper (season to taste)
(Other ingredients can be added for a variety)

Fry ground beef, onions, bell peppers until brown. Season to taste. Drain grease. Mix in Pizza Quick sauce. While meat sauce is cooking, spread biscuits in greased pan. For a larger pizza, use 2 cans biscuits.

For deep-dish style, use a pan or skillet with sides and spread dough in pie style on the sides of the pan. After meat sauce begins to bubble, pour into prepared dough. Cover with grated cheese; cook at 450 degrees until biscuit crust is done.
