FRESH PEACH CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3 eggs, well beaten
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. sliced fresh peaches
1/2 c. chopped nuts (pecans or black walnuts)
Whipped cream or Cool Whip

Combine 1/2 cup flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix well and set aside. Combine eggs, sugar and oil; beat until smooth. Add flour mixture and beat on low until blended. Dice peaches and nuts in remaining 1/2 cup flour. Gently fold into batter.

Spoon into greased and floured 13x9x2 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cut into squares. Serve with whipped cream.
