1 yellow box cake mix
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1 sm. can mandarin oranges & juice

Mix and beat 2 minutes. Pour in greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding
1 (15 oz.) can pineapple with juice

Mix pineapple and juice with pudding. Add Cool Whip. Pour on cool cake. Top with coconut.
