MANSFIELD STUFFED CRAB 
1 c. crab meat, cooked
1 c. whole wheat English muffin crumbs
3/4 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/4 c. bacon, chopped
2 tbsp. butter

SEASONING:

1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
Ground red pepper to taste
Creole seasoning to taste
Parsley, chopped, to taste
1/8 tsp. garlic
1/8 tsp. ginger

Fry bacon until crisp and crumble. Add butter, celery and onions to bacon and saute until limp; add seasonings and mix well. Add crab and crumbs, mix well and stuff crab shells. Bake at 375 degrees until hot; add grated cheese if desired before serving.
