POPPY SEED CAKE 
1 box white cake mix
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 c. water
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
5 eggs
1/4 c. poppy seeds

Mix together and beat for 7 minutes. Pour into well greased bundt pan and sprinkle top with sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from pan immediately.
