MOCK HAM LOAF 
5 lb. ground beef
2 1/2 lb. ground wieners
5 c. white cracker crumbs
5 eggs
2 c. brown sugar
3 tsp. dry mustard
2 3/4 c. water
5 tbsp. vinegar
Salt (not much if salted crackers are used)
Onion flakes or chopped onions, if desired

Beat the liquid ingredients together, then mix with the rest of ingredients. Bake in loaf pans same as meat loaf. May put catsup or barbecue sauce on top before baking.
