SCALLOPED CORN 
2 to 3 tsp. butter, melted
2 cans cream style corn
2 eggs
2 packs crackers (1/2 lb.)
1 c. milk
1 tsp. onion, minced
1 lb. Cheddar or Colby cheese, grated

Butter pan. Mix butter, corn, eggs, milk, onion and crackers. Put mixture in pan 1-inch thick. Then a layer of cheese. Keep layering. Bake at 350 degrees, covered, for 20 minutes. Remove cover and brown.
