Cucumbers
Onion
1/2 c. vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c sour cream
2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

(1/4 cup water can be substituted for sour cream). Slice cucumbers and onion thin. Mix remaining ingredients and add cucumbers and onions. Refrigerate a while for best flavor.
