CUCUMBER - DILL SAUCE 
1 sm. cucumbers, peeled, seeded & fine chopped (1 c.)
1 c. dairy sour cream
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. dill weed
1/2 tsp. salt

In small bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover and refrigerate for several hours. Serve with poached whole salmon just great.
