ENGLISH PEA CASSEROLE 
1 can English peas
1 can asparagus
2 hard boiled eggs
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
Grated onion
Salt and pepper
1 slice toasted bread

Arrange layers of peas, asparagus, and eggs in a casserole dish. Add seasoning to soup and pour over mixture. Sprinkle bread crumbs and cheese over this. Bake for 30 minutes in 375 degree oven.
