COFFEE CAKE 
Cake:

1 box yellow cake mix
1 box INSTANT vanilla pudding
3/4 c. salad oil
3/4 c. water
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond flavoring

Combine pudding mix with cake mix. Add oil, water, eggs and flavorings. Beat well.

Dry Mix:

1/4 c. white sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. ground cinnamon

In a greased tube pan sprinkle bottom with 1/3 of the dry mix. Pour half of cake batter over dry mix. Add another 1/3 of dry mix. Add other half of cake batter. Top with remaining 1/3 of dry mix. Using a knife, swirl through the batter and sugar mix enough to dampen the dry mix.

Bake at 325°F for 1 hour.
