FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE | |
1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix 1 (4 oz.) pkg. lemon instant pudding 4 eggs 1 (16 oz.) fruit cocktail, undrained 1 c. coconut, flaked 1/4 c. oil 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1/4 c. maraschino cherries, quartered Combine above ingredients except nuts. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. |
