2 (#303) cans fruit cocktail
1 yellow cake mix
1 carton Cool Whip

Put fruit and juice in average size pan and sprinkle dry cake mix over top of fruit. Can serve warm or cool and top with Cool Whip. Bake at 350 degrees until top is golden.
