STUFFED PEPPERS 
3 lbs. ground chuck
1 1/2 or 2 c. uncooked Minute rice
1/4 c. barbecue sauce
6 med. peppers
2 eggs
2 shakes of salt
1 lg. can tomato soup
1 sm. can tomato soup

Mix all together, except soups. Cut tops off peppers. Clean out seeds and fill with meat mixture. In large kettle, mix soups with 1 1/2 large cans water. Put stuffed peppers in soup mixture. Bring to boil. Turn heat down, cook 3 hours. Stir now and then.
