FLEMISH CREPES (Vlaamse
Pannekoeken)
 
25 gr. flour
2 c. milk
2 eggs
Pinch salt
2 tbsp. oil
20 gr. sugar

Mix all ingredients together in bowl. Mix well, no lumps. Batter will be thin.

Butter or oil in large frying pan. Put on ladle full and pour into hot pan to fill bottom of pan into a round circle. Lift edge to see if brown then turn over and brown other side.
