CLIFTONS ORANGE MUFFINS 
4 eggs
1 c. oil
6 2/3 c. flour
3 1/2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 oranges (unpeeled), chopped (use blender with a little of milk)
3 c. milk

Beat eggs 5 minutes. Slowly beat in oil. Beat for 1 minute. Sift together dry ingredients. Add flour mixture, oranges and milk to egg mixture. Mix until blended, then beat 2 to 3 minutes. Spoon batter into paper-lined cupcake pans, 2/3 full each. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Brush with Orange Glaze.

ORANGE GLAZE:

7 tbsp. powdered sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. orange peel, grated

Mix all together and spoon over (or brush on) muffins while warm.
