EASY OVEN STEW 
Med. size beef chuck roast or cubed stew beef
6 carrots, cut in chunks
1 onion, sliced
1 rib celery, cut
2 tbsp. tapioca
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. tomato juice or whole tomatoes
2 c. cubed potatoes
Salt
Dash pepper

Blend together tapioca, sugar, salt and tomato juice. Pour over meat and vegetables.

Bake 250 degrees for 4 hours.

May be eaten as stew or serve over rice or noodles.
