NO BAKE CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE 
1 1/2 c. Hershey's semi sweet chocolate chips
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, softened
2 c. frozen non dairy whipped topping, thawed
8" packaged graham cracker crumb crust

In small microwave safe bowl, place chocolate chips. Microwave at high (100%) 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred. Set aside to cool. In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and butter until creamy; on low speed, blend in melted chocolate. Fold in whipped topping until blended, spoon into crust. Cover; refrigerate until firm. About 8 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
