BRUNCH OMELET 
8 slices white bread, cubed and crusts removed
8 oz. grated sharp cheese
7 eggs, can use egg substitute
2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter, melted

Grease 9x13 casserole. Spread bread cubes evenly. Sprinkle cheese on top. Beat eggs and add milk and butter. Pour over bread and cheese. If desired add ham cubes or crumbled cooked bacon. Bake 325 degrees for 45-55 minutes. Serves 10 generous squares.
