HOT ROLLS 
2 pkg. yeast
1 c. warm water
6 or 7 c. plain flour
2 eggs
1 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 c. cold water

Combine yeast in warm water. Combine flour, sugar, salt; stir together dry ingredients. Add liquids; mix well. Let rise to double in greased container. Knead down. Make rolls; let rise in pan. Bake at 400d degrees.
