TURKEY CROQUETTES 
2 c. cooked shredded turkey (ham or chicken)
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
5 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
Eggs
Corn flake crumbs

Make a gravy by cooking together vegetable oil, flour, salt, pepper and milk.

When mixture is a gravy consistency add turkey (ham or chicken) and mix. Pour into a pie pan and freeze until just slightly hard. Cut into pie wedges.

Dip wedges into egg batter (1 tbsp. water per egg). Roll in corn flake crumbs and pan fry.
