1 c. coconut
1 to 2 c. walnuts or pecans
1 German chocolate cake mix (per directions)
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar

Spread coconut and walnuts or pecans in unoiled pan. Mix German chocolate cake mix per directions. Pour over nuts and coconut. Mix butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar. Pour over cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Do not over cook.
