MUSHROOM CHICKEN SQUARES 
3 cups diced cooked chicken
1 cup cooked rice
2 cups toasted bread crumbs 1/2 cup diced celery
1/4 cup chopped pimento
4 eggs, beaten
2 teaspoons salt
2 cups chicken broth
1 can condensed Cream of Mushroom soup
1/3 cup milk

In a bowl, combine chicken, rice, crumbs, celery and pimento.

Beat eggs and add salt and broth. Stir into the chicken mixture.

Put into a buttered baking dish and bake 55 minutes in 350°F. Let cool for 5 minutes. Cut into squares and serve with mushroom sauce.

SAUCE:

Combine

1/2 cup milk
1 can condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup

heat thoroughly.
