GAIL'S MOM'S QUICK DINNER ROLLS 
2 tbsp. oil
1 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. water
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
6 c. flour

Mix ingredients together and knead lightly. Allow to rise 1 hour; punch down. Cut out with water glass and allow to rise again. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
