PEACHES AND CREAM PIE 
1 unbaked 9" pastry shell
1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 (8 oz.) carton commercial sour cream
2 c. fresh peaches, peeled & thinly sliced

Bake slightly pricked pastry shell in 400 degree oven for 5 minutes and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients and spoon into pastry shell. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes. Nice and easy.
