PEACHES AND CREAM KUCHEN 
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1/4 lb. butter
14 peach halves, fresh, frozen or canned
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 c. sour cream

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine first 3 ingredients plus 1 tablespoon of sugar. Work in butter until mixture resembles cornmeal. Heap into 2 (9") pie pans and pat evenly over bottom and sides. Place peach halves over pastry; sprinkle mixture of cinnamon and remaining sugar. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Mix egg yolks and sour cream and pour over peaches. Bake 30 minutes more. Serve warm. (May be reheated.) Ice cream is the perfect topping. Makes 2 pies.
