RHUBARB CUSTARD PIE | |
2 c. rhubarb 1/2 c. boiling water 1 tbsp. butter 3 tbsp. cornstarch 1 egg 1 c. sugar Cut rhubarb into small pieces. Pour boiling water over rhubarb, let set while you mix other ingredients. Then drain rhubarb and mix all together. Put in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 30 minutes. |
