FRUITY SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. of apricot Jello
1 (8 oz.) small curd cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple (drained)
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. coconut

Mix apricot Jello into cottage cheese then add the rest of ingredients. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serves 10.
