CRANBERRY AND GRAPE SALAD 
2 c. fresh cranberries (coarsely chopped)
1 c. sugar
1 c. red seedless grapes, cut in halves
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Grind or chop cranberries, coarsely. Add sugar, cover, allow to sit overnight in refrigerator; then drain, otherwise too sweet. Add grapes, pineapple, whipped cream and nuts. Fold gently together. The longer it sits the better it becomes.
