3 c. flour
6 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar

3/4 c. oil
2 c. water
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. vinegar

Pour into greased and floured 10 inch tube or Bundt pan. Bake for 35-45 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool 10-15 minutes before removing from pan. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
