PEANUT BUTTER BOMBS | |
1 lb. powdered sugar 1 lb. butter 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips 4-5 c. chunky peanut butter (Adams) Heat butter, sugar and peanut butter on low heat in large skillet or Microwave. Blend thoroughly by hand. Spread mixture into 9x13 pan. Press firmly into pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over mixture. Bake until chips are melted then spread chocolate with spatula. Chill until firm, then score chocolate into 1x1 inch squares. Chill 2 more hours then cut and serve. Serves 1 person - one week. |
