2 chocolate cake mixes
2 lg. size instant chocolate pudding mix
2 lg. containers Cool Whip

Bake chocolate cake mix as directed on the box. Let cool. Mix pudding mix as directed. Have Cool Whip in refrigerator, no frozen. Using very large bowl layer cake (break in pieces). Alternate with pudding and Cool Whip. Use up all the cake, pudding and Cool Whip. Top with cherries and nuts.
