CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1 (6 oz.) Stove Top stuffing mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms - reserve 3 tbsp. liquid
2 1/2 or 3 c. cooked turkey or chicken
Cheddar cheese, shredded
Almond slivers (optional)

Place cooked chicken in bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Cook broccoli as directed on package. Drain well. Layer broccoli on top of chicken. Cook stuffing as directed on package. Heat (but do not dilute) soup - add mushrooms plus 3 tablespoons reserved liquid from mushroom can. Pour heated soup over broccoli. Place stuffing in little dabs over soup. Top with cheese (and almond slivers if desired). Bake until hot, 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
