PINEAPPLE BREAD 
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 can (15 1/4 oz.) crushed pineapple
6 slices white bread, cubed (remove crusts)

Combine eggs, sugar, butter, flour and pineapple; mix well. Blend in bread cubes. Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Delicious served with baked ham.
