CRUNCH APPLE PIE 
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
3 tbsp. butter

Mix these ingredients together, making sure that cinnamon and sugar are evenly distributed. Pour into 9-inch unbaked pie shell and bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle on topping. Return to the oven and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
