SALMON LOAF (#1) 
1 lg. can pink salmon
1 tbsp. cottage cheese
1 egg or 1/4 c. Egg Beater
2 tbsp. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. minced onion
Pam

Mix above ingredients well. Spray loaf pan with Pam. Place mixture into loaf pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees until brown. Cool and slice.
