GINGER SNAPS 
1 1/2 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. Brer Rabbit molasses
5 c. flour
4 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix ingredients together. Roll into balls and roll balls into sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Makes 5 dozen cookies.
