CRANBERRY FROST SALAD 
1 c. fresh frozen cranberries, chopped
1/3 c. sugar
2 med. oranges
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 med. apple, chopped fine
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Mix cranberries and sugar; let stand for 10 minutes. Peel and section 1 orange, reserve juice (approximately 1/3 cup). Beat orange juice, cream cheese and vanilla. Then stir in orange sections, cranberries and apple. Whip cream until soft peaks form and fold into cream cheese mixture. Turn into 5 cup mold, cover with saran wrap and freeze for 3 hours.
