BAKED ZITI 
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Parmesan cheese, grated

Cook ziti per package directions. Drain. In 9x13 inch casserole dish, cover bottom with Italian sauce. Place half ziti and cover with more sauce. Add one half Ricotta cheese and with a teaspoon, dot the cheese all over with ziti. Take half Mozzarella cheese and spread over Ricotta cheese. Cover with sauce. Repeat ziti, Ricotta, Mozzarella and sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until completed heated.

ITALIAN SAUCE:

3 lg. can tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
4 tsp. instant minced onions
1 tbsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. sugar
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook for 1 hour. If sauce gets too thick, add water. Italian sausage or meatballs can be added to this sauce.
