CHEESE TETERANNI 
1 1/2 lbs. ground meat
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. chopped onions
8 oz. spaghetti
8 oz. sour cream
16 oz. cottage cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. bell peppers, chopped
1/4 c. green onion
1/4 c. Parmesan

Make meat sauce with first 3 ingredients. Boil and drain spaghetti. Mix spaghetti with remaining ingredients, except pepper. Place spaghetti mixture in baking dish; pour sauce over all. Sprinkle with some Parmesan cheese, garnish with bell pepper.
