LIMA BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen lima beans (I use sm. variety)
2 tbsp. pimento, chopped
3 tbsp. chives, chopped
1 clove garlic
1/2 pt. sour cream
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook beans according to package, do not over cook. Drain beans and place in casserole dish with pimento and chives. Mix thoroughly. Add sour cream and mix well with beans. Fold over rather than stirring which would crush beans. Place the split garlic bud on a toothpick and embed in beans in center of dish. Bake in 325 degree oven for 20 minutes. Remove toothpick and garlic. Stir once and serve piping hot.
