BAKED CHEESE PUDDING 
1 1/2 doz. eggs
1 lb. cottage cheese
1 lb. feta cheese
1/2 c. cream or milk
2 tbsp. sifted flour
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 lb. pastry sheets (filo)

Beat eggs slightly, mix cheese and add to eggs, blending thoroughly. Mix flour and milk and add to eggs. Grease a pan, 10 x 15 inches, with butter and place 4 pastry sheets in bottom, brushing each sheet with melted butter. Pour in cheese mixture and top with remaining sheets, brushing in between each one with butter. Brush top with remaining butter and bake for 1 hour in a 350 degree oven. Cool before cutting in squares. Serves 10.
