PRUNE WHIP 
1 c. cooked prunes
1/2 c. sugar

Cook until thickens, cool.

Beat 4 egg whites. Fold in prunes. Put in large bowl. Bake in a pan of water at 350 for 30 minutes.

SAUCE:

Mix:

3 tbsp. sugar
4 egg yolks
1 tbsp. (heaping) flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook until thickens, cool. At serving, put over prune whip.
