SEAFOOD COURT BOUILLON 
2 onions
1 bell pepper
2 stalks celery
Garlic according to taste
Salt, black pepper and red pepper
1 can tomato paste
2 cans Rotel tomatoes
1 pt. water
1 lg. size fish
1 lb. shrimp
1 lb. lump crabmeat

Brown onions, bell peppers, celery, then add tomatoes, and water. Let simmer 3 to 4 hours. Add additional water if more liquid is needed. Add all seafood at once and let cook until done.
