FILLED NOODLES 
NOODLE DOUGH:

3 egg yolks, beaten slightly
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. melted shortening
1/2 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. cream

Flour to make dough to roll. Divide into 4 balls. Roll each ball as for noodle but cut into flour pieces as you would pie. Fill each wedge with the Filling. Fold and pinch together and drop in salted water and cook about 20 minutes.

FILLING:

2 tbsp. fat
1 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Melt the fat, add onion, fry light brown. Add hamburger and seasoning. Fry until done. Put 1 tablespoon on noodle wedges, follow directions as given above. Serve with salad and dessert. I also like to boil potatoes in with this.
